This policy applies to all websites, tools, courses, and products operated by John Spitaleri, including Threshold: Life Design, EduBridge-Gateway, Speak English Anywhere, and associated tools such as the Mind Dump, Life Design Assessment, and Resume Builder. This policy applies to anyone who visits, uses, or enrolls in any product or tool operated by John Spitaleri, regardless of where they are located.

What information is collected

Depending on which tool or course you use, the following information may be collected:

• Your name and email address, when you sign up, register, or request information
• Your responses to course activities, assessments, and tools, stored to allow you to return to your work
• Authentication information managed through Firebase Authentication, used to keep your account secure
• Activity data stored in Firestore, including journal entries, goal tracking, discussion board posts, and community shares
• Payment and purchase information processed through Gumroad, which operates under its own privacy policy

How your information is used

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

• To deliver the course, tool, or product you requested
• To send you your results, follow-up materials, or course updates by email
• To keep your account and saved work accessible across sessions
• To communicate with you about your enrollment, purchases, or questions

Your information is never sold to third parties. It is never shared with advertisers. It is never used for any purpose other than delivering what you signed up for.

Third-party services

The following third-party services are used to operate these platforms. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase and Firestore by Google, used for authentication and data storage
• Google Apps Script, used to send automated emails
• Netlify, used to host the websites
• Gumroad, used to process payments for paid products

Cookies and local storage

Some tools use your browser's local storage to save your progress between visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server unless you explicitly submit it. Firebase Authentication may use cookies to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data held about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to unsubscribe from any email communication at any time. To make any of these requests, contact John Spitaleri directly through the platform you enrolled in or at the contact information below.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to deliver the services you enrolled in. If you request deletion, your data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

These platforms are not directed at children under the age of 13. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of any tool or course after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
